ETES currently collects information that visitors choose to submit through the contact, custom automation inquiry, and product demo inquiry flows on this website.

That information is used for business communication and inquiry handling, not for consumer account creation or public posting.

• technical anti-spam signals submitted with the form, such as a hidden honeypot field and form-render timing
• language or locale context needed to process the submission correctly

ETES uses submitted information to review inquiries, respond to the sender, route the request internally, and decide whether a follow-up conversation, proposal, or product discussion is appropriate.

ETES may also use the information to maintain service reliability, detect abuse, and keep a basic business record of inbound inquiries.

The current ETES website is deployed on Netlify. Inquiry form submissions are delivered by email using Resend as the email delivery provider.

When a visitor submits an inquiry, the submitted information is processed through the website hosting/runtime environment and then sent to ETES by email through Resend. ETES may store and review the resulting business communication inside its normal business email environment.

Because these providers may process data outside the visitor's country, submitting an inquiry may involve international data processing or transfer where materially necessary to operate the site and deliver the message.

The current ETES V1.0 website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, or other non-essential tracking technologies that were identified in this implementation audit.

The site does use an essential locale-preference cookie named NEXT_LOCALE so the selected language can persist between visits. This cookie supports site functionality and localization.

ETES retains inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to review, respond to, and keep business records related to the request, or as otherwise needed for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes.

ETES applies reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the current site to reduce misuse or unauthorized access, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ETES may need to retain limited information where necessary for recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
